I highly recommend meditation every day. I do mine first thing in the morning - at least 20 minutes, but up to an hour if possible. I started doing it during COVID when I had broken my foot. I needed to de-stress, and it certainly did the job. I subscribe to a website on my phone called "Insight Timer" which I highly recommend. The instructors and the meditations they offer are magnificent and in the 1000's. You're sure to find something you'll enjoy and/or an instructor you'll listen to whenever they come up in your rotation of suggestions.
